Declaration of abidance to The Norwegian Transparency Act

The [Norwegian Transparency, sic.] Act shall promote enterprises’ respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and the provision of services and ensure the general public access to information regarding how enterprises address adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.” Source: The Transparency Act, section 1 (Lovdata).

ScanSense is a company with potential exposure to the scope of this new legislation. We abide to the Act and with the publication of the attached Declaration of abidance, ScanSense is in compliance with the Act.

In addition, enterprises must be transparent about their work with the general public, and provide information to anyone who requests it.
